Backstory: May is a Fairy bard brought to Astreheim by an accident of magic when the druid Ashera was performing rituals to attempt to heal her grove.
May was sold to a Fey Hag by her mother as a small child in a deal between her mother and the Hag. May ran away when she discovered the hag’s plan to consume her in some demented ritual, from there she lived in the villages and meadows of the Feywilds playing music to lighten hearts and fill her belly.
