- Entering the ruins the party if faced with the guard rats of the goblins. Their attempts to dissuade them from attacking failed and they killed them
- Inside the ruins, the party encountered goblins butchering and eating captives.
- After interrogating one goblin, they learned:
- The goblins served the Underlord, Mycella the Night’s Flower in the Sunken Fortress.
- They were fighting a Kobold faction for control of the region
- They were capturing the ruins to strengthen their power and establish a safe stronghold.
