New to the party this session: - Captain Toby Lion Tuyeu – Human Cleric (Joining the party for their first session. slipping into the shoes of the Captain of the small transport vessel, the Fatebreaker, that has been ferrying the party around.
- Kitsune – Ao-Myokaijin Kitsune Paladin. Kitsune will still into the shoes of the ship’s mate who until now has been masquerading as a human cartographer abord the Fatebreaker. After entering the sanctum of the Tides, a sacred place for her people, she no longer feels the need to hide her true form from her new companions.
- Oliver Dyfred – A ward and servant of the Academy, Oliver is a were-tiger cleric whom the academy sends with the party to the sanctum to assist in the task. This is the Player’s first appearance as a one-off… for now.

- Seara Windtreader – Messenger from Imogen’s homeland (NPC). She comes to find Imogen before dawn where she pleads with Imogen to return to Pillars of Wrath and face their uncle, the Oracle has seen, there is no other way.
- Korin Thorne – Druid with a message and a gift for Ashera, a sacred relic.
- Elyndin Starshard – Words to inspire and a token for Vesolnir to aid in what’s to come.

- Shelok is incredibly formidable and intimately connected to the environment in profound and sacred ways.
- Moon Otter – an ancient celestial trickster that loves puzzles and riddles. It shimmers with delight and moonlight.
- Swan of Memories – An ancient gurdian of memories, it takes the form of a swan the color of a starfield, trailed by a shimmering train of fish of every color.
Locations:
- Starborn Academy – The oldest center of learning in Astreheim.
- Sanctum of Tides – an ancient and sacred place, secret and full of memories. The Academy was built upon it to hide it and protect the Tide Accords.
- Elyndin Starshard’s Office – It’s rare any visitor ever sees his office, filled with strange magical curios. a Secret entrance to the Sanctum lies magically hidden behind a painting of the Starfall Event.
- Academy Docks – a fairly busy port, it serves the local communities as well as the Academy.
- Sanctum of Tides – an ancient and sacred place, secret and full of memories. The Academy was built upon it to hide it and protect the Tide Accords.
- the Island of Mol’Turakk – The Volcano formed when the heart of the Starfall burned at the bed of the seafloor for ~800 hundred years.

Morning Routines
Some players meet people and have morning routines.
- Imogen is confronted by Seara Windtreader at her door, desperately pleading with her to return. Their Grandmother Halka, leader of the Nimbus Riders, has given up hope and the Oracle.
Entering the Sanctum
This is the last quiet moment before everything breaks.
- After guidance from Elyndin the party enters the Sanctum of the Tides.
- The moon otter guardian awaits, posing a riddle that tests memory, identity, or emotion. The answer to the riddle posed was solved by Oliver and Imogen with a correct answer of ‘Memory‘.
- The sanctum pulses with pre-Starfall moon magic — singing stones, symbols of memory woven into water and light.
Claiming the Seed
- The party Battles Shelok, as he uses the tides themselves to fight the party. His water cannons and tidal displacement tactics are frightening for groups.
- Eventually they sedate him with offerings of memory and peace.
- They speak briefly to the Swan of Memories and
- The party departs for the ship with the seed in Captain Toby’s Bag of Holding.
Landing at the Volcanic Island
The party arrived at the Ruk’tai’s FEMA camp on the coast of the volcanic island. Relief efforts were strained—de-floods had displaced hundreds, and fishlike folk chanted songs of memory for those lost above the waves.
